I firmly believe that orientation comes from within and that we often already sense what is right for us. However, this knowledge is frequently overshadowed by expectations, internalised beliefs, or standards we have adopted from others.

Many people reach out when something feels unsettled, whether it is a professional role, a decision, an inner conflict or the sense of having lost their own compass. Others seek support because they are functioning, yet no longer know what for.

In individual coaching, I aim to provide a safe space where thoughts can be voiced before they are fully formed. A space for clarification, perspective and new ways of seeing — without pressure, without judgement and without externally imposed goals.

My work is shaped by attentiveness, presence, and a systemic point of view. It is less focused on providing quick solutions and more on opening up spaces in which new perspectives become possible. After all, orientation often arises when established patterns are viewed differently and understood in a new light.

Together, we explore patterns, interconnections and possibilities, and consider what can shift without losing one’s sense of self.

Especially in periods of change, restructuring or sustained pressure, the true resilience of a system reveals itself. Economic uncertainty, increasing demands and ongoing transformation have a direct impact on both leaders and employees. In this context, the health and motivation of people are a key organisational resource.

In my work, I enter organisations and take a close look. How do team structures and decision-making processes function? Where do ambiguity, tension or overload arise? In dialogue with leadership and employees, I clarify ways of working, sharpen responsibilities and help create the conditions under which people can remain effective.

Alongside this, I offer mediation and individual coaching. Particularly in phases of change, these settings support reflection, help to organise thoughts and strengthen personal agency. The work is embedded in the organisational context and closely connected to structural questions.

My approach integrates systemic thinking with close attention to relational dynamics. The aim is not to eliminate friction, but to foster a working environment where learning and development remain possible.
